This is the first time we picked less than ten cards... mainly because there are only quite a few exceptional monsters in this release. (They're still powerful though.)
(The list is in alphabetical order.)
Level 8 Water Spellcaster Monster
ATK: 2800 / DEF: 2100
Rarity: Super Rare
Description: You can Tribute Summon this card in face-up Attack Position by Tributing 1 Spellcaster-Type monster. After this card was Normal Summoned, your opponent cannot activate Spell/Trap Cards for the rest of that turn.
Just like the level 10 Gravekeeper's Oracle, this Spellcaster can also be normal summoned by using only one monster.
You can normal summon this card in your main phase using Legion the Fiend Jester, The Tricky, or Double Summon.
2) Gusto Thunbolt
Level 4 Wind Thunder Monster
ATK: 1500 / DEF: 1200
Rarity: Rare
Description: At the end of the Battle Phase, if this card is in the Graveyard because it was destroyed by battle and sent to the Graveyard this turn: You can banish 1 "Gusto" monster from your Graveyard; Special Summon 1 WIND Psychic-Type monster with 1500 or less DEF from your Deck.
Special summon Reeze, Whirlwind of Gusto, Genetic Woman, or Space-Time Police using this card's effect.
3) Ice Master
Level 8 Water Spellcaster Monster
ATK: 2500 / DEF: 2000
Rarity: Rare
Description: You can Special Summon this card (from your hand) by Tributing 2 WATER monsters. Once per turn: You can target 1 face-up monster on the field; place an Ice Counter on that target. You can Tribute this card; destroy all monsters with an Ice Counter(s).
This can be tribute summoned by using Unshaven Angler's effect.
Use the effect of Hammer Shark to special summon one more Water monster, then use those two to special summon this card.
This monster can easily be special summoned in a Frog or Cloudian deck.
Snowman Creator and Cold Enchanter can also add Ice Counters to your opponent's monsters.
4) Justice of Prophecy
Level 3 Earth Spellcaster Monster
ATK: 1600 / DEF: 800
Rarity: Rare
Description: During your End Phase, if you activated a "Spellbook" Spell Card previously this turn: You can banish this card from the field; add both 1 Level 5 or higher LIGHT or DARK Spellcaster-Type monster and 1 "Spellbook" Spell Card from your Deck to your hand. You can only use the effect of "Justice of Prophecy" once per turn.
Very helpful in Spellcaster decks, easily acquire high level monsters such as Dark Magicians, Gravekeepers, Silent Magicians, etc.
5) Strength of Prophecy
Level 4 Fire Spellcaster Monster
ATK: 1500 / DEF: 1400
Rarity: Normal
Description: Once per turn: You can shuffle 1 "Spellbook" Spell Card from your Graveyard into your Deck to target 1 face-up Spellcaster-Type monster on the field; increase its Level by 1 and its ATK by 500.
Use this to recycle "Spellbook" cards and power-up your Spellcaster monster at the same time.
6) The Tricky
Level 5 Wind Spellcaster Monster
ATK: 2000 / DEF: 1200
Rarity: Ultra Rare
Description: You can Special Summon this card (from your hand) by discarding 1 card.
You can tribute summon a monster after this card has been special summoned, and if you need more monsters to be tributed, use the spell card Tricky Spell 4 (note that it depends on the number of monsters your opponent controls).
Discard a card that can use its effect while in the graveyard, ex: Slushy, Amarylease, Carboneddon, Bacon Saver, Destiny HERO - Malicious, Djinn Disserere of Rituals, Djinn Prognosticator of Rituals, Peten the Dark Clown, Red-Eyes Wyvern, Relinkuriboh, and Rose Lover.
Combo this with Advance Force, to summon a level 7 or higher monster.
7) White Night Dragon
Level 8 Water Dragon Monster
ATK: 3000 / DEF: 2500
Rarity: Ultra Rare
Description: During either player's turn, when a Spell/Trap Card that targets this card is activated: Negate the activation, and if you do, destroy it. When another face-up monster you control is targeted for an attack: You can send 1 Spell/Trap Card you control to the Graveyard; change the attack target to this card.
You can use Totem Dragon or Unshaven Angler to tribute summon this card by only using one monster, or special summon this card using the spell Big Wave Small Wave.
To ensure that this monster won't be destroyed by monster effects, use Hardened Armed Dragon as one of the tributes.
This is also a good addition to a Crystal Beasts deck, as you will have an endless (sort of) supply of Continuous Spell Card to send to the graveyard.
